PT Prosys Bangun Persada, a leading Engineering and Project Management Consultant in EPC of Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemical, Industry and Infrastructure, Finance & Banking, Telecommunication, and Properties is currently searching for highly qualified candidates for the following positions:

Recruitment Administrator
Requirements:

  • Male
  • At least a diploma degree (D3) in Economy/Administrator/Social Science/Informatics Management or relevan education preferably from reputable University.
  • Have at least 1-2 yearsexperience in Adminstration preferably in HR area.
  • Having intermediate skill and capabilities in Operate Computer (minimum Office application package: Word, Exel, Access, Power Point), internet application, and Drawing/Printing Application.
  • Ability to work hard and under pressure; Strong interpersonal skill and ability to teamwork.
  • Willing to work extend office hour.
  • able to thrive in fast-paced
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of tender/project documents.
  • Have own vehicle (minimum motorcycle)
  • Can join immediately
HR Generalist
Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology / Law /Economic /Administrator / Social Science /Informatics Managementor relevan education preferably from reputable University.
  • Have at least 3-4 yearsexperience as a HR Generalist/HR Administrator.
  • Proven ability to follow-through and complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
  • Having intermediate skill and capabilities in Operate Computer (minimum Office application package: Word, Exel, Access, Power Point), internet application, and Drawing/Printing Application.
  • Ability to work hard and under pressure; Strong interpersonal skill and ability to teamwork.
  • Willing to work extend office hour.
