Customer Centric Culture Specialist
Jakarta
Responsibilities:

Scope of Work:
  • Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and controlling overall initiatives communication and effective change management in establishing a Customer Centric Corporation (CCC).
Requirements:
Education
  • Bachelor Degree in any major, preferable holds a Master of Business Administration or Master in Management degree 
Experience:
  • A working knowledge of over 2-3 years experience services area, human resources training – change management or marketing communication
  • Experience with working in multidiscipline team
Computer literacy:
  • MS Office, Lotus Notes 
Language :
  • Good command in English both spoken & written 
Other qualification / skills:
  • Understanding of customer centric culture framework, Good analytical thinking and customer focus orientation
  • Strong in planning and monitoring of project management
  • Excellent and experience at diagnosing communications requirements and developing a structured approach to engaging stakeholder groups.
  • Experienced at facilitating communication between many parties and enabling knowledge transfer between stakeholders
  • Experienced at writing and delivering a range of communications materials across different channels, tailored for the appropriate audience.
  • Individual should be self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet deadlines also through others
  • Good interpersonal skills are key as this role entails engaging with a number of key stakeholders within implementation teams
  • A strong team player and be willing to work with multiple individuals in achieving results.

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor degree preferably in civil engineer or architecture discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry
  • Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
  • Good command of written & spoken English
  • Good skill in communication and in influencing others
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, initiative-taking skill
  • Able to give advise or recommendation based on achievement / market review
  • Good negotiation and presentation skill
  • Able to translate marketing strategy into implementation in the field
  • Able to gather and synthesize information from data provided by sales force from the market

MX Order & Dispatch Process Member
Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:

Receives documents complete and accurate order information from customer in order to maximize service while minimizing non-productive time of equipment and personnel.
Through operational of dispatch center for concrete truckmixer in a timely fashion to ensure the targeted service level and cost, satisfy both external & internal customer by delivering the best service with cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Education :

  • S1 Degree Engineering, Economic or Graduate for Diploma, senior high school with experience in ready mix.
Experience :
  • Minimum 1-2 years in ready mix concrete, aggregate and building product industry
  • Minimum 1-2 years in production or customer service
  • 1 years experience in inventory material management
Computer literacy :
  • Ms.Office Excel & Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Note & Internet
Language :
  • Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English written( oral & writen )
Other qualification / skills :
  • Having sound knowledge of Ms. Office & SAP module SD, MM applications
  • Having logical thinking and high capability analytical skill.
  • Having good communication & interpersonal skill.
