General Requirements
- Graduated from Electrical Engineering; majoring in Power or Instrumentation & Control from Reputable University.
- Able to communicate in English & Computer Literate
- Posses a strong drive and target oriented
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill
- Knowledge and exposure with Schneider product is an advantage

- Meeting with client to create demand and shown selling value
- Follow up with client for the opportunities
- Record all activities (visit, opportunities) in Our Sales Tools
- More than 5 years experience in the same position
- Experience in the same field is preferred (service contract, retrofit, upgrading, modification)
- Experience to lead a team of Professional Sales
Responsibilities:
- To promote, sell and develop service offers activity to all market segments
- To maintain and improve customer satisfaction and reach target of order sale
- Minimum 2 years experience in selling services or after sales product, like: service contract, retrofit, upgrading, modification preferred in electrical product.

- Responsible for Sales Target of Distributor, Panel Builder, Contractor and Consultant in Surabaya
- • Manage and Develop Distributor Panel Builder, Contractor and Consultant to become Schneider4 Partner
- Implement Promotion Program conducted (Regional or National)
- Support and follow up projects from all Schneider’s partner
- Provide necessary tools, such as catalog & brochure
- Minimum 2 years experience in selling electrical product through Distributor, Panel Builder, Contractor and Consultant
