Job Specification:

Business Continuity Management Staff
Job Specification:
  • Maintain and review Business Continuity Process (BCP) & Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) SOP and policy
  • Coordinate for BCP and DRP, Develop schedule training and awareness to user, Assessment of potential business impact, Definition of critical time-sensitive functions
  • Design, development, and documentation of work area (business function) business continuity plans
  • Recommend recovery strategies and options, and assist with the implementation of recovery
  • Report the business continuity status of business units
  • Business continuity and disaster recovery drill/testing
  • At least 2-3 years experience, preferable from business continuity or disaster recovery or related fields
  • Having knowledge business continuity, disaster recovery plan or risk management concept and best practices is advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and detail

  • At least a Diploma Degree from Information Technology or Communication.
  • Preferably having 1 year experience as Call Center/Helpdesk/Customer Care.
  • Good communication skill and well spoken in English.

  • Familiar with MS Office.

Infrastructure Staff
